This is the Kansas City Southern, with Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern trackage rights trains on the recently upgraded Meridian Speedway between Shreveport, Louisiana and Meridian, Mississippi.
Though titled the Little Rock Sub, this is actually three subs, the Little Rock, White Bluff and Pine Bluff subs.
