  1. Arthur

Cornail in New York back in the mid 90s before the take over lots of big blue actton between Buffalo NY and Syracuse NY

Conrail, from Buffalo running east to Syracuse New York. The producer follows the line with multiple stops at various locations and catches a wide variety of the power on the Conrail system. Amtrak makes several appearances as well, plus a bit of foreign power. There is not much time spent at any of the yards, as the video is primarily main line action. The video is narrated, but is limited. The narrator says very little about any Amtrak trains, and seems at times to be lacking in knowledge on some freight trains. The natural sounds of the trains and open air is good however, which helped to make up for the poor quality narration. Having traveled the line on Amtrak, I was surprised that some locations were not in the video, but understand that not all locations can be covered. Over all, the video is good from a rail fan point of view.
