Manitoba Rails Combo

Volume 1:  Portage La Prairie is the star of Manitoba Rails, Volume 1. We get to see Canadian National, Canadian Pacific (including a local) and Via Rail. This region of Manitoba is nearly flat and typical of the Canadian prairie and is an excellent railfan video adventure. Highlights include Via’s Canadian through Portage la Prairie, grain trains run past one of the many grain elevators dotted along the mains of Manitoba along with many CN and CP trains, the whole train. One Hour, 1 Minute.

Volume 2: Winnipeg & the Border: The capital of Manitoba, Winnipeg, is a railroad hot spot with CP, CN, Cando Rail and Via Rail activity. After the video adventure in Winnipeg, we head to the border! We railfan on the way, but also see a skycrane work with electric transmission towers. Nearing the 49th parallel we see BNSF (with a Santa Fe Warbonnet), CN and CP lining up for the border crossing. One Hour, 16 Minutes.

Please note: This is a railfan production. There will be more zooms and less polish than you may be used to seeing. There will also be more unusual trains and places than we usually have available to see.
