This program was made in cooperation with Consolidated Rail Corporation and was created in early 1998. Mail 3 (Kearny, NJ to East St. Louis) receives the highest priority and travels over the Passiac and Harismus, Lehigh, Reading, and Harrisburg lines. Travel by Oak Island Yard, NK tower, over Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor and through the Musconetcong tunnel. See trains from PATH, New Jersey Transit, Canadian Pacific and Conrail. Watch the train receive orders from a temporary block station at Sheridan on the Harrisburg Line.

    Recorded on 2 separate trips, Steve took a cab ride from South Kearny, New Jersey at APL Yard, to Harrisburg Pennsylvania at locations like the Point No Point Swing Bridge with the city skyline of either Jersey City or Newark, CP Stock, CP Valley, the bridge over the route of Amtrak’s Electrified Northeast Corridor, NK Junction, Hillside, CP Townley, CP Roselle Park with a Gauntlet Track, CP Aldene, Cranford, CP Potter, Newmarket, Middlesex, the hot spot of Bound Brook, CP Port Reading, Woodfern, CP Pattenburg, Musconetcong Tunnel at Bellewood, CP West Portal, CP Phillipsburg near the Delaware River, CP Easton, CP Richards, Freemansburg, Florence, CP Bethlehem, Allentown Yard, CP Burn, Maguire, Alburtis, Topton, Lyons, CP Blandon, CP West Laurel, CP Belt, Cartech, CP Tulp, CP Wyomissing Junction, Wernersville, Sheridan, Richland, CP Avon, Lebanon Depot, Wall, Horntown Yard, Millards, Palmyra, Derry, Hershey (Chocolate Town USA), Swatara Station, CP Tara, CP Beaver, CP Capitol, Harrisburg with CP Harris, McClay Street bridge, & the station which was shown in the 2000 Film: Thomas & the Magic Railroad with N&W 475, & countless others.
