All rail fans love Tehachapi & Cajon. Here is a great look at these to regions in various weather conditions before the current day super railroads were around (BNSF & UP as we know it). The Southern Pacific & Santa Fe still ruled with Union Pacific adding to the flavor of the day. Union Pacific’s experimental trains like the turbines are seen with cabooses, & livestock cars. Heavy drags working very hard to conquer the region of California and the mountains in the state. An excellent production of history long gone but never to be forgotten.
