Midwest Mains, BNSF, NS, UP, CSX, Iowa Insterstate 513

We start in Toluca, IL. on the BNSF Chillicothe Sub. We had some freshly fallen snow that made for some great snow scenes. We visit Toluca the following week, and while we were here we had some very heavy snow showers! Norfolk Southern was captured around Bloomington, Normal, Decatur, Tilton, IL. and Andrews, IN. We caught up with the NS 1067, a Reading Railroad Heritage Unit on the BNSF, and followed the train from Big Rock to Savanna, IL. The UP & CSX is seen 5 miles south of Watseka, IL. We also see some footage of the “WSOR” at Slinger, and Ackerville, WI. While running into the “WSOR” in Slinger, we see the freshly painted St. Croix Valley number 1326, it was on its way to Milwaukee to be handed off to the CP railroad. We will then round off our program with pacing of the Iowa Interstate number 513, from Colona to Sheffield, IL.
