This collectible OFFICIALLY AUTHORIZED Amtrak 50th Anniversary lapel pin is a limited edition and available in limited quantities. We are trying to get more! This pin is a beautiful replica of the throwback paint scheme Amtrak is applying to its newest locomotive… the Siemens ALC-42 Charger is being built in California. This special paint scheme is called the “Day 1” scheme, it’s based on the one-of-a-kind paint scheme Amtrak applied to E8 #4316 for that first run on May 1st 1971. Made of metal with an enamel finish, right here in the USA. It is 1 1/2 inches wide, with a military clutch pin back.
