A nice variety of railroads, locomotive types and paint schemes (including Heritage units), interesting consists, different seasons, great scenery — this program has it all! Videography is creative and very well done, from thundering trackside shots to panoramic vistas of the Water Level Route. You’ll quickly find yourself anticipating … and often surprised by … what’s coming next. And at more than three hours, there’s a lot to see and enjoy! Great program!

We have Heritage units, Canadian power, foreign power from other lines…. various seasons. Lots of action. A rail fan dream here. All in a very scenic region. A must for railfans everywhere.

Extensive coverage of CSX’s Mohawk Subdivision on “The Water Level Route”. We see an incredible variety of trains and locomotives! There is a paper map included in the case to help the viewer orientate oneself. It would have been more ideal to have included the relevant maps digitally in the program itself.
