DISC-1 “Wisconsin Rails” In this program you will see Amtrak, Wisconsin Central, Canadian Pacific, Canadian National, and other road power.Locations include; Milwaukee, Duplainville, Fon du Lac, and Byron Hill just to name a few. This footage was taken before the Canadian National Bought the Wisconsin Central. This was also before Byron Hill was double tracked. Finally we see one of the very rare “Soo Line” Wide Cab SD-60’s on the head end, switching at Duplainville, WI.”Wisconsin Central” In this program, you will see the Wisconsin Central, at locations of Fon Du Lac, Duplainville, Sussex and others. We also see the Canadian Pacific at Duplainville, WI. DISC-2 “CN, CP Duplainville” Duplainville, was a great hot spot for the Wisconsin Central, (now Canadian National), and the Canadian Pacific. Other locations include; Sussex, Byron, and Fon du Lac, Wi. We also see Algoma Central power in Des plaines, IL., as well as Amtrak and Wisconsin Southern! During the time of this production, the Canadian National had taken over the Wisconsin Central, but we still see a lot of Wisconsin Central power! We will see power from Soo Line, WSOR, BNSF, CP, WC and more! A Hi-lite is the WSOR Pulling the “Circus Train” in 2001, with E-Units 10A and 10C. The train was filmed from 91st street and Bradley Rd., to south of Merrimack, Crossing Lake Wisconsin.

  1. Mark

The reason giving this program 3 stars is the good videography and coverage of the circus train.Otherwise it would be 2 stars.I would like to see the full train or at least a mindless runby, not just the head 25-30 cars. This program is mostly video clips of head end locos. No train ID’s or directions are shown. One, can do without the narration and banjo music.
