Windy City Rails, Volume 6 “Shortlines & Regional’s #1”

C. Vision’s tour of railroads in and around the Chicagoland area continues in Windy City Rails, Volume 6, installment #1. In this program we will examine a few of the smaller railroads and operations around Chicago. Several carriers will be represented and include a tribute to the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern, a look at shortline Chicago Rail Link, view some vintage scenes from fallen regional Chicago Central and Pacific, see a few of the Indiana Rail Road’s coke movements into Chicago and view the doings of Chicago switching carrier Chicago Terminal.
