In volume 1 which was originally released on VHS only in 1991, there are lots of great action in the Colorado Rockies with countless clips from Switchin’ along the Rio Grande, Twilight of the Rio Grande narrow gauge, Work Train to Silverton, the Chama Turn, Rotary on the Rio Grande Narrow Gauge, & Colorado Narrow Gauge passenger chase. Most of these steam stars reside on Today’s Cumbres & Toltec & Durango & Silverton while the rest are scattered across Colorado & other states.
Overall, Bob Carrera did a marvelous job narrating this first part of the Top Frog series.
