In Part one we see Progressive Rail with trains going north and south out of their Northfield, Minnesota Rail Yard. Railroad action includes locals, switching and road freights. PGR diesel power features SW1500, SD39, SD38-2. Also see connecting railroads of the UP and CP. Plus UP #3985, an Alco 4-6-6-4 Challenger with a steam powered passenger train.
Part two features the Wisconsin Northern which operates over former C&NW and Soo Line trackage in Wisconsin that goes north out of Chippewa Falls to Barron. The exciting train action includes switching and road freights. The WN diesel power features SW1500 and GP15-1.
