We did not take the Denali Star on our Alaska vacation back in 2007, but this is a worthwhile look at it. The scenery is surreal and never ceases to amaze, no matter which passenger train you are riding on.

Due to the rural location much of the footage was shot from the Denali Star on a journey from Anchorage to Fairbanks, Alaska. We see great scenery, wildlife, flowers, and Denali National Park. As a bonus there is a ski-plane flight to Mount McKinley.
