Texas Railroads Brazos Freight

Our third visit to The Lone Star State concentrates on operations northwest of Houston, in the region traversed by the Brazos River. The BNSF and Union Pacific feature, with contributions from CSX, Norfolk Southern, and leasing companies. The variety of motive power in the region brought 16 locomotive types bearing 12 different liveries. Filming locations include Navasota, Sealy, Allenfarm, Hufsmith, Spring, Brenham, Caldwell, Cameron, Milano, Hearne, Valley Junction and more. As a special bonus, an Iowa Interlude provides an additional three Union Pacific trains to enhance your viewing experience.

Two cameras were used to film many of the trains in this program providing additional scenes and views to add to your enjoyment. Texas filming was in March 2012.
