This is the modern railroad “Gateway to the West”. St. Louis Rails Volume 2 continues where Volume 1 left off. In this volume, we will cover the BNSF “K-Line” from Lindenwood Yard to Winfield, Missouri and the Norfolk Southern St. Louis District from Luther Yard to Wentzville, Missouri. We also take a brief look at the shortline railroad Central Midland.
Motive Power runs from the first SD70ACC rebuild, SD60E’s, GP60’s, and the final SD45T-2 on the the Terminal Railroad Association, as well as the former CSX SD60I’s that replaced it are seen. Action awaits in the second installment of the “St. Louis Rails” series from NostalgiaRAIL.
We will visit the former American Car Foundry in Downtown St. Charles and the MKT and Wabash cabooses in Frontier Park, that is also home to the former MKT station in Old Town St. Charles. Narration. Widescreen.

Excellent! I waited a while for the second installment of St. Louis rails and it was worth it! Lots of areas are seen that railfans normally dont go , or don’t know about are shown, like the throat of Lindenwood yard. Even the Terminals new SD60Ms are seen in this program.
