This is an affectionate look at a run down Springfield Terminal, running on the old Boston & Maine in 1990 and 1991. We’ll see some elderly, grimy, run down second hand power, including high hood SD45’s, ex Santa Fe SD26’s, SD39’s, SD40-2’s, GP9’s and GP4O’s. Lots of action in lots of locations, plus Big Blue appears as Conrail joins CP with run through power. GATX locomotives appear on the Bow Coal trains, plus we’ll even see some MBTA commuter trains.
