Spectacular scenery throughout the southwest with some history of the old Santa Fe trail, Take a ride up in the cab of the genesis locomotive while doing 90 mph there’s even a vintage shot of a US president onboard a Santa Fe passenger train as well as riding in a BNSF passenger car out of Chicago in the evening hours. A great video to watch.

This 1997 Video produced by the Jarrett/Scholl duo features great music, great locomotives and a great ride. Unfortunately, this was the final ABR (America by Rail) int he four program series. But the program and legend lives on… After all, once you have a battery operated DVD player and bring it onboard a real Amtrak train, you are in the video for real!
