A fine addition to BKVP’s exceptional “Northeast Rails” series. The videography is well done, the editing is creative, the picture quality is excellent, and … now that much of the footage is more than 20 years old … there are many scenes that can never be duplicated. This is a top-notch series, collectively covering railroading in the northeast US from 1987 to 2002 … a period during which American railroading was undergoing some significant changes. As a set, these programs deserve a place in any railfan video library.

This is the following of Northeast Rails 1995-1999, so if you still bought the last one, I highly recommend this dvd to follow the action on the Northeast. Lot of change in railroad and railway’s company.
