Bellevue, Ohio is one of Norfolk Southern’s busiest yards, with 3 major routes leading into the west end of the yard. Shot on a sunny, frigid day in February, 2000, with some lovely late afternoon light. Power is just about everything NS owns, some Conrail, and visits from the Wheeling and Lake Erie, CN and leased power.

Bellevue Ohio… a Norfolk Southern location. I will commend the producer for going out on a February day for this. While it was sunny, you can tell that it was cold. Lots of fine action around/near the yard. The Canadian National units working add to the variety of trains. A good presentation.
