In part 5 which was first released in 1990, there are a lot of trains with great steam & diesel action that was captured on film by Mr. Joe Orgil, Mr. C.W. Witbeck, & Mr. Sidney B. Silleck Jr.

Here’s the segments as they appear in order:

    1. Kansas City Union Station with AT&SF, KCS, Frisco, MKT, Rock Island, Union Pacific’s City of Denver, Wabash, CGW, Mopac, & C&NW

    2. St. Louis Union Station in mostly black & white with Wabash, MKT, Mopac, TRRA, Pennsylvania, New York Central, CB&Q with the Mark Twain Zephyr, Nickel plate road, Chicago & Eastern Illinois, Illinois Central, & Baltimore & Ohio

    3. Kentucky Street Interlocking at Memphis TN in mostly B&W with Frisco, Mopac, & Rock Island during steam & later color for diesels with a derailment of Mopac 4-6-2 number 6611 as it is being put back on the rails by an SP Crane, not to mention the Southern

    4. Atlanta GA with Southern, Seaboard, Georgia Central, & Atlanta & West Point

    5. Augusta GA with Atlantic Coast Line, Charleston & Western, & Georgia RR

    6. Florida with FEC at West Palm Beach, plus Seaboard, ACL, IC, & Seaboard Coast Line

    7. Somewhere in Alabama on the Frisco with riding footage from the rear

    8. Moscow Camden & San Augustine 201 in Texas with other engines waiting for new owners for tourist trips or sadly be gone for scrap such as Kirth Lumber 20 for example

    9. Texas Southeastern 14 & 504 waiting for their unknown future

    10. The Louisiana Cypress Company 2-6-0 number 1 on dual gauge rails in mostly B&W while crossing the IC

And 11. Louisiana Eastern with 2-8-2s 14 & 16, & Texas & Pacific 4-6-2 number 4 with a mention of GM&N 425 in Pennsylvania, Mississippi Central 98 in Delaware, & a pair of 4-4-0s from the SP & Red River & Gulf at Stone Mountain in Georgia.
