Delta Queen’s 75th Anniversary, The “Director’s Cut”

This is the 75th Anniversary cruise of the steamboat Delta Queen in August of 2002. It was a big party and you get to be there both on the Birthday Party Cruise and the Delta Queen Birthday Party at New Orleans. On her cruise to Baton Rouge we’ll have interviews with the Captain and 1st Engineer. Plus we get rare engine room footage and a history of the calliope. We’ll hear Delta Queen and other river steamboat history with Delta Queen anecdotes!

This “Director’s Cut” is nearly 30 minutes longer than our original show and features additional river and river boat footage, plus more history and historical anecdotes about America’s most famous steamboat – the Delta Queen!
