Green Frog brings you some nostalgia of those olden times with action along the hi-iron, and at two museums who own some of the finest full size and model circus collections you can find. We’ll view a circus train along the main to Milwaukee, see how they unloaded all that equipment, watch a bit of the circus parade, visit Wisconsin’s Circus World Museum, as well as The House on the Rock to view some incredible circus collections.

You’ll witness the demonstrations of loading and unloading of circus equipment off of flat cars with Mac trucks and horses. Music from bandwagons of the past, clown performances, old circus posters, incredible carousels, visits with circus employees and more.

Some of us love trains, some of us love the circus and some enjoy both. Well, here are both!

Aside from preparations before & after the big shows to everyone of all ages, there are animals included like horses pulling 19th & early 20th century Wagons, as well as lots of other animals like Elephants, Lions, a donkey, Camels, a Giraffe, clowns, acrobats, more wagons with some subliminal images, historic trucks, posters, still images, Merry-Go-Rounds, & even some vintage films of Burlington 2-8-2 steam engine 4960 that is now at the Grand Canyon Railway in Arizona in the opening segment. There is also a scale model of the Big Top itself that was designed by a woman who started working on that project at 6 years old.

There are also interviews with Bell Ringer Carrie Goddard, & Rick King, as well as Wagon 31 that was originally owned by Walt Disney’s company.
