The Griffin Line of the Central New England Railroad was built in the early part of the nineteenth century by the Central New England Railway as part of their main line to Boston. The line was cut into pieces under New Haven management and the Griffin line only saw limited use under Penn Central and Conrail. In the Mid 1990s, the now state-owned track got a new lease on life. Ride along with Black 5 Video as we take you on a cab ride from end-to-end on this historic short line with the Massachusetts Bay Railroad Enthusiasts specials that ran out of Hartford on July 18 and 19, 2009.

I liked this and wanted to be longer. But, the video work is good and the train is interesting.
