See exciting Canadian Pacific Railway train action along the former rails of the Milwaukee Road. Volume Two covers the CP rails across Wisconsin starting along the Mississippi River at River Jct. in La Crosse. The line then travels through the forests and across the scenic Wisconsin dairyland to the shores of Lake Michigan at Milwaukee.

The exciting CP train action includes: road freights, locals, switching and unit trains of coal, oil, autoracks, intermodal and Amtrak’s Empire Builder passenger train. See these trains as they pass through the small towns and cities where many old and historic Milwaukee Road depots still survive. Also witness a great variety of CP diesel power along with colorful lashups with other Class 1 power including the BNSF, CSX, NS, UP and KCS. Plus a busy train action hot spot at Duplainville where the CP crosses the CN. Rail footage era 1995-2016.

A big fan of CP/SOO Line and Plets Express as his videos are put together nicely. Plets Expres really did their research on these productions. I recommend any Plets Videos if you like informative Narration and good picture quality.

CPR La Crosse to Milwaukee is a line not covered on video by very many producers. Question: Why not? Here is a video that is excellent for coverage of any rail line. CP power from new to the old…. including the “red barns”. A great variety of the other company’s power is seen. Being an Amtrak route gives the passenger trains for those interested. History is seen in the old depots and structures along the way. Lots of scenery across the American dairy state is seen as trains pass over interesting bridges. A real gem of a video for all, not just fans of the CPR.j
