See SP mainline and local freights, Santa Fe freights with both blue and “Kodachrome” SP merger motive power, Western Pacific F Units and Geep’s on the Union Pacific, caboose operations, the overnight “Spirit of California” train and Southern Pacific commute action with both heavyweight and bi-level equipment. See the last day of PCC car operations on San Francisco’s L,N,K, and J Lines. Also included are train operations on now dormant trackage of the SP’s Brentwood Line and the abandoned Santa Fe’s Pasadena trackage..
