Travel to the northern Midwest to see exciting railroad action on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. See the BNSF as their trains roll across the scenic landscape of their North Dakota Coal Line. This rail line travels 373 miles from Fargo to Beach, North Dakota. This former Northern Pacific Railway line was known as the “Mainstreet of the Northwest” and many of the old NP historic depots still survive. With modern BNSF trains on this historic line, it truly is a mixture of new and old.
