A very nice tour of one of the most scenic parts of the upper Midwest. The videography was creative and well done, and the locations where multiple camera were used … often with one camera at trackside and another far overhead at a scenic overlook … were well shot and edited. The program features an excellent variety of railroads, locomotive types, paint schemes and consists, as well as scenes that showcase river traffic and the natural beauty of the region. On-screen maps give the viewer a nice feel for the geography of the area, track arrangements and camera locations. This was my first video from Lineside Video Productions, and it won’t be my last.
