This is an unobstructed view of the railroad from Field to Lake Louise and back. Shot from the back of a CP High Rail Pickup in perfect weather. No bugs on the windshield (no windshield!), no wipers, just a straight ahead view with a locked down camera. The only problem was insufficient light from the pickup’s headlights for the camera to pick up details in the dark, so left out is the interior of the Spiral Tunnels. Great snow covered mountain scenery. Ride the Hill! No narration, on-screen locations.

GREAT FILM ABOUT THE HIGHBALL PRODUCTIONS GOING THROUGH THE ROCKIES. TRAVEL THROUGH THE ROCKIES WITH AN UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE RAIL ROAD FROM FIELD TO LAKE LOUISE AND BACK, IN THE BACK OF A PICKUP TRUCK. GREAT ACTION AND GOOD SCENERY WITH ONLY JUST A STRAIGHT AHEAD VIEW. THE ONLY DOWNER IS WAS THE HEAD LIGHTS DID NOT GIVE OFF ENOUGH LIGHT TO SEE THE INSIDE OF THE SPIRAL TUNNEL. ALSO SEE BEAUTIFUL SNOW COVERED MOUNTAINS OF THE ROCKIES. 5 STARS AND 2 HOURS LONG.
