This is the Canadian Pacific running through the magnificent scenery of the Rocky and Selkirk Mountains. New Gevo’s are out and about – you’ll see some in the new, simpler paint scheme and some in the new ‘Olympic’ paint. Of course the scenery is beautiful and so is the time of the year. Shot in February 2008, some superb winter weather compliments the action, which takes place between Exshaw and Revelstoke, and includes Ottertail Curve and Morant’s Curve (both locations have been used for CP publicity photos).
This is a Highball Productions best seller.

I have this one, very good video, but would prefer it upgraded to Bluray quality with new filming.

When you take beautiful scenery, and lots of trains and put them together…. you have an excellent video. That is the best way to describe this video. There is so much to see even in the winter. The CPR puts on a great show climbing the mountain grades. A great addition to the video library.

We see trains rolling through the Canadian Rocky and Selkirk Mountain on Canadian Pacific’s main line. There is a focus on Morant’s and Ottertail Curves. Would have been perfect if we could have seen the spiral tunnels.

Well another great train dvd, this time snow, snow everywhere. Really good footage and lots of action. The Rocky and the Selkirk mountains are so beautiful. Great Dvd for the money.

Very nice footage with plenty of action. Good change from my typical Northeast railroad video purchases. Enjoyed thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone interested in great scenery and quality footage of a variety of trains.

Seriously, I think I have more videos of the Rockies than anywhere else. This is another great video of them. Good videography and sound quality show the scenes better than most videos.

The combination of great scenery, wonderful transaction and SUPER videography makes this a must get. I recommend this highly.
