Highlighted in this program are the changes which took place during the 1970s as well as the varied locomotive lash-ups the EL was famous for. Freight car fans take note, many scenes also feature freight cars, including an entire train. Rare for this era.

If you like learning about railroad operations, this is a video for you. The narrator explains operations in Marion in Detail including some of the operating flaws of Marion. I think Clear Block Productions was one of the best producers on the market. It is a shame that he didn’t get to produce more videos.
