British Columbia Railway

Visit the BCR as it existed in 1998. Chester Kamuda traveled to British Columbia on business and brought his Hi8 camera along to explore the railroad scene. He shot the British Columbia Railway from North Vancouver to Lillooet. He captured yard action at North Vancouver and then followed a freight along Howe inlet at Porteau and Britannia Beach. We’ll also see Lake Seton and Nairn Falls. At Lillooet, he watched and rode the night switcher and caught the RDC’s down from Prince George. He also rode the Squamish Steam Train and visited the museum at Squamish. To cap off his adventure, he rode the automated Vancouver Sky Train. Maps and narration.
