Crossroads Park has welcomed railfans for over a quarter century. In 2017, the station, tower, and a few color position light (CPL) signals remained. The new Intermodal Transfer Yard is glimpsed in nearby North Baltimore. Then, the CSX Parade begins – with heavy downpours! Freights zip across the diamonds with gusto, or squeal slowly around wye tracks. You will see plenty of CSX power, plus NS, CP, KCS, CITI and more. The sun eventually dominates, luring both residents and visitors to the Park until sunset greets one final eastbound.
