Norfolk Southern Through the Coalfields

Come along with Green Frog videographer Chase Freeman as he takes us deep into the hollers of coal country to explore Norfolk Southern’s busy lines in Southern West Virginia, Southwestern Virginia, and Eastern Kentucky. This series has everything the Pocahontas Division has to offer – from double stack trains and time freights on the Pokey Main, to coal trains easing along on the numerous branch-lines. You’ll see trains on the Pokey Main, the Dry Fork Branch, the Lenore Branch, the Buchanan Branch, the Levisa Branch, and the Dixiana Branch. You’ll see many heritage units and Operation Lifesaver painted units as well.
