I personally enjoy preview videos and videos of short clips to get an idea of what maybe considered for future purchases. It is the best way to decide what will be in the collection in days to come.
While there is an interesting assortment of videos in this production, I found the image quality to be poor for Highball. In fact I was disappointingly surprised, having a number of Highball Productions already. For the quality, the video is over priced, and I would not recommend it.

This film covers so many trains across America, that if you not an avid train fan this film is not for you at all. The clips in this film are way to long and not enough narration about what is going on. Volume one covers about 10 topics from winter on the St. Lawrence to Street running on Erie 19th street. Volume 2 covers lots of late afternoon and evening trains action–not very exciting at all. Covered is the BNSF line, Amtrak and many more lines. 3 stars and a long 3 hours long.

Pre-view video….. While normally I enjoy pre-view videos as they help in deciding what I may like to order , I did not find this video all that great. The clips were to long and not enough info in them. Shorter clips and many more clips would be much more value for what a pre-view video is meant to do.
