CSX The Blue Ridge Sub Volume 1 Erwin to Bob’s Gap

This is mountain railroading at its best as CSX rolls through spectacular scenery and over some famous rails! T&W Productions takes you on a tour of the CSX Blue Ridge Subdivision, on the rails of the former Clinchfield line. In Volume 1 you travel from Erwin to the loops at Bob’s Gap at Mile Post 195.6. (Volume 2 takes you from Bob’s Gap to Spartanburg). This is modern heavy duty railroading with CSX pushing and pulling freight over the mountain. You’ll see and hear coal trains and freight trains battle the southbound grade along the Nolichucky River.
